Cardiology and Cardiovascular Health Conference-2024 offers five levels of sponsorship to cater for every budget size. The expected minimum donation is $1000. Donations in any method of payment above $1000 are accepted. Please see below the details about sponsorship benefits.

Congress Sponsorship Opportunities:

Registration Sponsorships - Platinum ($10,000 and above)

Prominent recognition would be given to Platinum Sponsors whose company logos and organization's names would be displayed on our website. There is an option for an organization to sponsor the Opening/Welcoming Reception, or one lunch break. Special recognition will also be accorded to Platinum sponsors in the plenary sessions. They will also benefit from onsite signage throughout the conference. They would also place full page ads in the onsite program of the Congress. Artworks will be provided by sponsors, and approvals would be subject to the Organizing Committee. Company names and logos with a live link to their designated URL will be featured in the conference (if applicable). A Complimentary Exhibitor Table/Booth (5-8 complimentary registrations) based on the level of sponsorship, would be offered to our Platinum Sponsors. Plus an exclusive online promotion of your brand on all our Social Networking Sites. A 20% waiver would be given to our Platinum Sponsors on the sponsorship for any of our forthcoming conferences next year.

Gold ($7,500 - $9999):

Conspicuous acknowledgment would be offered to our Gold Sponsors, whose organization's names and logos will be shown on the Congress website. There will be an option to sponsor one Continental Breakfast or congress lanyards. A full page ad space in the onsite program of the Congress will be given to each Gold Sponsor. However, they will provide all artworks, and approval of the ad would be subject to the Organizing Committee. Organization's names and logos will also get a live link to your designated URL, and featured in the conference, (if applicable). We shall offer a Complimentary Exhibitor Table/Booth (4-6 complimentary registrations), based on your level of sponsorship. An exclusive online promotion of your brand on all our Social Networking Sites will be offered to our Gold Sponsors. A 15% waiver would also be given to our Gold Sponsors on the sponsorship for any of our forthcoming Summit next year.

Silver ($5,000 - $7,499):

Adequate exposure and credit will be given to our Silver Sponsors. Their organization's names and logos would also be displayed on our Congress website. Our Silver Sponsors would have an option to sponsor one Morning or one Afternoon Coffee Breaks. We shall also give them space for a half page ad in the onsite program of the Summit. However, the artwork for the ad will be provided by the sponsors, subject to the approval of Organizing Committee. As a Silver Sponsor, your organization's name would get a live link to your designated URL which will be featured in the congress website. In addition, a Complimentary Exhibitor Table/Booth will be provided to you in a high traffic area (2-4 complimentary registrations), based on your level of sponsorship. You will also have an exclusive online promotion of your brand on all our Social Networking Sites. Plus a 10% waiver on future sponsorship for any of our conferences/congresses next year.

Bronze ($3000 - $4,999):

Bronze sponsors will also get a conspicuous acknowledgment for their sponsorship, with your organization's name displayed on the Summit website. Your organization's name will get a live link to your designated URL featured in the congress website. A Complimentary Exhibitor Table/Booth (2-3 complimentary registrations) will be provided for you, based on your level of sponsorship).

Supporting Sponsors ($1000 - $1500):

The following benefits would accorded to all our "Supporting Sponsors":

1. Organization's name on the Congress website.
2. Organization's name on Congress Registration Brochure (for sponsorships confirmed by date).
3. Organization's name on Congress signage (for sponsorships confirmed by date.)
4. Organization's name on event or service signage.
5. Organization name's recognition during the general sessions.

Registration Sponsorships:

Tote Bags ($3,000):

Organizations who sponsor the Summit by registration, would increase their organization's visibility by their names printed on the Summit handy branded bags. Your bags will be given to all the Summit participants who will use them throughout the congress proceedings. After the events, numerous contributors would continue to use these bags, thus giving your company further visibility worldwide. In addition, you may wish to include one branded item (literature or pen) as a giveaway.

Lanyards ($2,000):

You can also gain great visibility with your branded lanyards during the Congress events. Your lanyards will be given to all attendees to use throughout the congress and afterwards.
